Bollywood actor duo Aishwarya Rai and Abhishek Bachchan’s 11-year-old daughter Aaradhya Bachchan has moved the Delhi High Court against a YouTube channel for airing false news about her health.
According to Indian media, a hearing was held on April 20, i.e. today, on the petition filed by Aaradhya Bachchan, and the decision was also issued.
The Delhi High Court has ruled in favor of the girl in a case filed against a YouTube channel that spread rumors about Aaradhya Bachchan’s ill health and death, and said that children’s rights are of paramount importance.
The court reminded Google and YouTube of their social responsibility and said that it is their responsibility to see what kind of content is being posted on their platforms, remove or restrict abusive content. It is obligatory.
According to Indian reports, the court ordered the YouTube channel to immediately remove the content and said if you are making money from your work, you have a social responsibility that should not be ignored.

Also, the court has issued summons to some other YouTube channels including the designated YouTube channel.

Abhishek Bachchan reacted by saying that being a well-known personality, if someone has something to say, then say it to their face, but Aaradhya Bachchan should not be brought in the middle.
