Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Board Postpones Annual Matric and Inter Exams

Peshawar: In light of the upcoming holy month of Ramadan, the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa government has decided to postpone the annual matriculation (class 10) and intermediate (12) exams Across the province.

The provincial government has ordered all the educational Board Postponese the matriculation exam, which was originally to start from March 5. The exam is now held after Ramadan, which starts from April 8. Express News

Peshawar Chairman Nasrullah Khan shared that the provincial government has given instructions to complete the exam in April. Following these instructions, matriculation surveys have started on April 8.

He said that a formal notice will be released about the revised program this week after a meeting with the chairman of all academic boards.

Government sources also revealed that the middle survey was scheduled to begin on April 10, now it would start from May 7 instead.

The purpose of this decision is to meet students to see Ramadan and ensure that they have enough time to prepare for the exam. Further updates and detailed programs are expected soon.
