The Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Culture and Tourism Authority has achieved a remarkable feat by winning the prestigious Best Pavilion award at the Lok Virsa Mela, marking the third consecutive year the province has claimed this honor. The award was presented during the vibrant closing ceremony of the festival in Islamabad, where Federal Secretary for National Heritage and Culture, Hassan Nasir Jami, graced the occasion as the chief guest.
Tashfeen Haider, the Director General of the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Culture and Tourism Authority, proudly received the award on behalf of the province, highlighting Khyber Pakhtunkhwa’s continued excellence in showcasing its rich cultural heritage.
Held at Shakarparian, the event featured a lively and colorful celebration, where the contributions of all provinces were recognized. The awards honored the most outstanding pavilions, as well as talented artists and performers.
Khyber Pakhtunkhwa once again stood out, earning the distinction of having the best pavilion for the third year in a row, becoming the first province to achieve this remarkable milestone. Sindh was also recognized with an award for its excellent pavilion, further enriching the cultural tapestry of the event.
