After the release of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) leader Ali Muhammad Khan in the May 9 incidents, the anti-corruption unit arrested him for the fifth time for alleged illegal recruitment.
The anti-terrorism court of Mardan ordered the release of the name of Tehreek-e-Insaf leader Ali Muhammad Khan, named in the May 9 incidents, but the anti-corruption unit arrested him on charges of illegal recruitment.
During the hearing, the court inquired that Ali Muhammad Khan was not named directly in the case and there was no evidence of his involvement in vandalism, so Ali Muhammad Khan should be released if he is not wanted by the police in other cases.
Former Minister Ali Muhammad Khan was produced in the Anti-Terrorism Court today, where the court acquitted Ali Muhammad Khan of all charges and issued orders for his release.
However, after his release, the anti-corruption unit arrested Ali Muhammad Khan on the charge of illegal recruitment.
It should be noted that after the arrest of PTI Chairman Imran Khan on May 9, violent protests started in the country, where the angry mob set fire to public and private properties, and later attacked military and defense installations by the government and state institutions. A crackdown was launched against the perpetrators in which several PTI leaders and workers were arrested.
On May 11, PTI leader Ali Muhammad Khan was arrested from Islamabad. PTI leader Ali Muhammad Khan was arrested on his way to the Supreme Court.
Later on May 17, Punjab Police re-arrested Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf leader Ali Muhammad Khan after his release from the district jail.

According to a video released by PTI on Twitter, Ali Muhammad Khan was re-arrested after his release from Jhelum District Jail.
Similarly, on 30th Tehreek-e-Insaf said that Ali Muhammad Khan was arrested again after being released from Adiala Jail.

In a statement on Twitter, PTI had said that Ali Muhammad Khan has been arrested for the third time.
Today, before the arrest, PTI leader Ali Muhammad Khan said that those who did wrong on May 9 should be punished, PTI is a big party, it is not appropriate to sideline.
Ali Muhammad Khan said that he will face all the cases, PTI is a party with 2 crore votes, he is not with him who has vandalized.
