
Lahore: Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) announced the rally to show solidarity towards soldiers of the Pakistan Army and the martyrs during the Jaffar Express tragedy.
In a video message, PTI Punjab Vice President Akmal Khan Bari stated that the attack on the Jaffar Express was the worst acted show of inhumanity by man, and so it is condemned from all possible angles. He asserted that it is an attack on Pakistan, and no such moment will ever be forgotten, Reported By Express News
Akmal Khan Bari further announced that the peaceful rally will be organized on Tuesday, March 18, starting from GPO Chowk and ending at Punjab Assembly, to show solidarity with the martyrs of the Jaffar Express.
He added that the Punjab government should not create any impediments, as this rally is entirely devoted to the martyrs and gives firm support to brave soldiers who laid their lives in the Jaffar Express incident. The rally will witness huge participation from PTI workers, lawyers, and civil society.
