It has been revealed that tourists are charged Rs 500 for entering the Kalash Valley of Chitral.
The token receipt issued by the district administration has also come to the fore in which 2 thousand rupees were collected from 4 tourists.
The token states that these funds will be invested in the welfare of the people of Kalash.
In this regard, Deputy Commissioner Upper Chitral Muhammad Ali told Geo News that 500 rupees will not be taken from tourists coming to Kalash Valley
He said that the official who took 500 rupees from tourists has been suspended and an inquiry has been started.
