The appointment of Justice Musrat Hilali as the Chief Justice of the Peshawar High Court has been approved by Pakistan’s President, Dr. Arif Alvi.
She was earlier serving as Acting Chief Justice Peshawar High Court.
Under Article 175 A13 of the Constitution, President Dr. Arif Alvi approved the appointment of the Chief Justice.
Justice Musrat Hilali is the senior most judge of Peshawar High Court and the first woman judge to hold the post of Chief Justice of Peshawar High Court.
