After setting a new benchmark for luxury real estate with One Canal Road, Lahore’s most expensive residential address, UK-based developer One Homes has announced a $35 million investment in a new high-rise development in the city.
One Homes has secured a prime parcel of land on Raiwind Road, where the group will bring its next landmark residential project to life. The acquisition follows the handover of One Canal Road, the group’s flagship Lahore development, which set the highest residential pricing benchmark in the city’s history. With design by internationally acclaimed Miami-based architect Kobi Karp and finishings by Versace Ceramics, One Canal Road’s 10,000 sq ft sky villa has since been listed at PKR 1 billion, the most expensive penthouse ever offered in Pakistan.
Within Lahore West, the site sits on Raiwind Road, one of the city’s main arteries and a direct conduit into the heart of Lahore. The Lahore Ring Road, the 85-kilometre orbital highway linking every major zone of the city to the national motorway network, is 10 minutes away, as is Canal Road. It is precisely this blend of city-wide connectivity and rootedness in an established residential corridor long favoured by the city’s most discerning families that makes the location stand apart.
