An athlete Steve Shanks who took part in the London Marathon died after finishing the race.
According to foreign media reports, 45-year-old athlete Steve Shanks, who participated in the 26.2-mile long London Marathon on Sunday, died on his way home after finishing the race.
Steve, from Nottingham, completed the 26.2 mile London Marathon in 2 hours 53 minutes and 26 seconds.
The organizer of the marathon says that the cause of Steve’s death will be known after the medical examination.
Athletes Steve Shanks participating in the London Marathon have expressed their grief over Steve’s sudden death.
It should be noted that the 26.2-mile long London Marathon was won by Kenya’s Kelvin Captum, Geo News anchor Muhammad Junaid also participated in the race.
