Peshawar Zalmi has once more demonstrated that its marketing strategies are superior to those of its rivals. The team released its highly anticipated anthem for the eighth Pakistan Super League season after much anticipation.
Naughty Boy composed the star-studded song ZalmiRaalal, which was performed by Bilaal Avaz, Zahoor, and Altamash, a well-known Nescafe Basement singer. Khumaariyan is also featured in the song. The song is a hit, so the wait for the anthem was well worth it.
Ambassadors Mahira Khan and Hamza Ali Abbasi, the team’s newest addition, Babar Azam, and head coach Darren Sammy return to ZalmiRaalal.
Khan and Abbasi, who star in Zalmi, take center stage in the video and shine brightly. The room was captivated by Mahira’s sharp silhouette as she gracefully moved to the beat. She wore a sleek all-black dress that accentuated her elegance and perfectly hugged her figure. She moves her body to the pulsating beat of the song with precision and grace.
The star of Legend of Maula Jatt was seen entering the video on a horse and in style. The two actors’ explosive chemistry has undoubtedly given Zalmi’s anthem more star power.
ZalmiRalaal may appear to be similar to its predecessor, the PSL 6 track “Kingdom,” at first glance. However, the Pashto chorus that Zahoor provides to the song adds a novel element. Altamash’s vocals also play an important role in the song, and Bilaal’s rap adds the cool factor that is typical of Zalmi anthems.
Despite Abdullah Siddique’s standard for PSL anthems, Naughty Boy’s composition stands out on its own, while Khumaariyan’s Rubab brings a touch of the scenic locales of KPK to ZalmiRaalal. Mahira Khan is featured in the new Peshawar Zalmi PSL anthem.
