Women's League matches, PCB copies the UEFA Championship Trophy

For the Women’s League 2023 exhibition matches, the PCB used a replica of the UEFA Women’s Championship trophy.

After the Women’s League trophy was revealed, fans have criticized the Pakistan Cricket Board. The trophy for the three-match exhibition tournament was unveiled by the two captains, Nida Dar and Bismah Maroof, prior to the first match between the Super Women and Amazons.

Fans were quick to point out that the trophy design had been copied from the 2022 UEFA Women’s Championship final, despite their appreciation for the PCB’s effort to represent women’s soccer.

Fans were enraged by the management’s failure to provide a duplicate design for the start of a historic women’s soccer venture, which sparked a significant backlash. The winner of the three-match tournament will receive the trophy; the final match is scheduled for March 11 at Pindi Cricket Stadium. At the moment, the Super Women hold a 1-0 series advantage.
