Babar Azam and Rizwan encourage UFC champions to play cricket

Babar Azam posted a photo on Instagram in which he was accompanied by French martial arts expert Francis Gano, Nigerian martial arts expert Kamaru Usman and American footballer Jameis Winston UFC champions.

Pakistan’s national team captain Babar Azam along with wicketkeeper batsman Muhammad Rizwan completed the Business of Entertainment, Media and Sports (BEMS) course from Harvard University Business School in America.

In Babar Azam’s photo, five students including their female teacher were present, but the caption written by Babar Azam along with the photo caught the attention of the fans.

Babar Azam mentioned the three players and wrote that when champions like him are showing interest in playing cricket, maybe me and Mohammad Rizwan should start playing some other sport. Also, the captain of the national team asked the fans about their thoughts in this regard.

It should be noted that previously famous footballers Kaka, Edwin van der Sar, Gerard Pique, Oliver Kahn, NFL’s Brandon Marshall, NBA’s Chris Bosh and Dwayne Wade and Major League Baseball’s Alex Rodriguez also attended Harvard University. He has done this course in Business of Entertainment, Media and Sports (BEMS) from the University Business School.

Babar Azam and Mohammad Rizwan attended classes at the prestigious Harvard Business School campus in Boston, Massachusetts from May 31 to June 3.

 Babar and Rizwan were seen in a farewell photo with their classmates at the end of their time at Harvard Business School, which included notable players such as Camaro Usman, Francis Ngannou, James Winston and Cesar Azpilicueta.

It was an occasion where the worlds of cricket, mixed martial arts, American football and soccer converged, showcasing the diverse backgrounds and interests of the participants UFC champions.

Babar Azam and Mohammad Rizwan are the first two Pakistani cricketers to have participated in the programme. This important initiative taken by both the cricketers will encourage the new generation of cricketers to get education.
