An interesting and useful feature is being added to WhatsApp which will make it even better.
According to a report, the costume filter feature has been introduced in the new beta version of WhatsApp for Android devices.

Through this feature, users will be able to create different chat filters and add people of their choice to them.
Doing so will make it easier for them to find and chat with important people.
Note that there are currently 4 chat filters in WhatsApp which have been introduced by the company.
But with this new feature, users will be able to create their own lists in which they can add different contacts or groups, for example, they can create separate lists for family, office, friends or others.

When you create a list, WhatsApp will automatically create a filter for that list at the top of the chat screen, with the name of the list you created so you can find it easily.
When you click on a costume filter, the WhatsApp chat window will show only those chats that will be added to that filter.
If you are a beta user, you can go to WhatsApp settings and see a new option called Lists.
By going to this you will be able to create a new list and name it according to your choice.
As mentioned above this feature is only introduced in beta version so it is hard to say how long it will be available to all users.
