LAHORE, Pakistan – Two landmark design appointments, the return of Miami-based architect Kobi Karp and the debut of London interior design studio Jolie marking its first project in Pakistan, have been confirmed by One Homes, Pakistan’s fastest-growing premium residential developer, for its upcoming Lahore West development.
The appointments come on the heels of One Homes’ significant land acquisition in Lahore West, the planned site of the developer’s next signature address, designed specifically for Pakistanis settled abroad.

Karp’s history with One Homes goes back to One Canal Road, the developer’s flagship Lahore development, where he served as lead design architect and helped create what has since become one of the city’s most recognised addresses. Now, his return marks both the strength of that collaboration and the ambition of what comes next, with Karp citing a shift in design intent from import to interpretation, one that draws on Lahore’s layered architectural identity to shape a building that belongs to its city as much as it reaches beyond it.
Joining Karp is Jolie, the London-based interior design studio. Its portfolio spans Victoria Riverside in Manchester and The Nest in Frankfurt, and its practice, centred on how spaces are lived, how they feel underfoot, in ambient light, in the quiet moments between, reflects a sensory-led design philosophy that treats atmosphere as architecture.
