PAK v NZ _ Before the first ODI one-day match against New Zealand, the main batsman of Pakistan cricket team Haris Sohail suffered an injury.

Haris Sohail suffered the injury during a practice session at the Pindi Cricket Stadium on Wednesday. Haris Sohail collided with Shadab Khan during fielding practice.

 

Haris Sohail has sustained a shoulder injury, the national batsman was taken to a local hospital for initial scan.

 

Haris Sohail’s participation in the first ODI will be decided after further scans. Sources say that Haris Sohail’s participation in the first ODI is doubtful.

The five-match ODI series between Pakistan and New Zealand will begin tomorrow. 6 specialist players have been included in Pakistan team for ODI squad.

 

The match will start at 3:30 PM Pakistan time.

The first two matches of the five-match ODI series between Pakistan and New Zealand will be played at the Rawalpindi Cricket Stadium.

 

Captain Babar Azam inspected the pitch prepared for the first match, while Babar Azam and Kiwi captain Tom Latham unveiled the trophy before the practice session.

 

In the pre-match press conference, Pakistan’s opening batsman Imamul Haq said that the series against New Zealand is important in view of the World Cup.
