Rawalpindi: PTI Vice Chairman Shah Mehmood Qureshi’s detention was declared illegal by the court and ordered his immediate release.

 

When ruling on the detention petition, Justice Chaudhry Abdul Aziz of the High Court’s Rawalpindi Bench ruled that Shah Mehmood Qureshi would be required to provide an affidavit to the Deputy Commissioner Rawalpindi within three days of his release.

 

In accordance with the constitution and the law, Shah Mahmood Qureshi will be permitted to engage in peaceful political activity, peaceful demonstrations, and speeches, but he must refrain from vandalism and burning protests, according to the court’s ruling. Shah The judge ordered that Mehmood Qureshi be immediately released from jail.

 

The court requested the law officer to inform the court if Shah Mehmood Qureshi had led any speeches or protests during the hearing. In a political meeting, no political figure can control his or her language. Present any evidence you may have against Shah Mehmood Qureshi in court.
