An Australian citizen Lucas Helmke has set a world record for the most push-ups in an hour.
According to foreign media reports, 33-year-old Lucas Helmke from Australia registered his name in the Guinness Book of World Records by doing 3,206 push-ups in one hour.
He accomplished this feat in November last year, but now he has been officially awarded the Guinness World Record for the most push-ups in one hour.
The Australian averaged 53 push-ups in one minute, previously holding the record for most push-ups in one hour by an Australian .
Daniel Scully achieved this award in 2022 by completing 3,182 push-ups in just one hour.
