According to Guinness World Records, a young American girl named Avery Emerson Fisher surprised everyone with her amazing skills.Avery Emerson accomplished this feat in the aquarium of a local fish house in San Francisco, California
Guinness World Records has also shared a video of Avery Emerson on its website, in which Avery can be seen cleaning his hands underwater while wearing a scuba suit. During this time he performed 38 stunts

According to Guinness World Records, this record was previously set by British magician Martin Rees in 2020 and he performed 20 tricks in water.
